Aquaexercise
- A combination of Strengthening, toning, low impact - fun
aquatic class.
What do I need for an aquatic class?
-
A
bathing suit of course. And a towel from home for the
pool. We ask that you don't use Aquafit towels
poolside.
-
Water shoes - to prevent slips and falls and provide
better cushioning for legs during class
-
A
sport Bra - a Lycra sports bra is recommended for some
to wear under your suit for a little extra support.
-
Water - drink a lot of it! Before and after class.
Being in the water actually dehydrates you. It is
recommended to have 2-3 glasses 2 hours before and at
least 1 glass right before, during and after class.
A healthy snack for after class - Swimming will make you
very hungry - we suggest bringing along a healthy snack
of some kind to eat after exercising. This will help to
keep you from going home and bingeing.
