Enjoy this pool class from 8:30-9:30 on Tuesday and Thursday. Range of Motion (ROM) with Sharon, whom is a certified personal trainer, focuses on joint mobility and conditioning and strength. Sharon's ROM class is perfect for those looking to keep loose, limber and strong. If you are anticipating surgery or have finished your rehab and looking for the consistency and knowledge you receive in P.T. this class will be the answer.

Join Stacey for Strength & Balance, Yoga or Aqua Aerobics! Stacey's fitness style focuses on joint mobility and strength, whether in the pool or taking yoga her movements are concentrated on longevity and buoyancy.

Donnie is a Personal Trainer with a focus on bootcamps and student athletic performance. If you have a student athlete elementary thru college -ged, Donnie will keep them in shape in preparation for season or in between athletic seasons. You can also find Donnie teaching the Sr. Strength & Balance class on Tuesday and Thursdays or helping out at the front desk.
